Table Stakes

The money required by a player to sit down in a particular poker game is called Buy in. All real money games at Poker Ninja have a minimum buy-in limit.
Minimum and maximum buy-ins
Limit poker
Limit Poker does not have a maximum Buy-in limit. But the minimum Buy-in required is 10 times the Big Blind.
For instance, in a 1/2-limit game, when the Big Blind value is 1, the minimum buy-in is equivalent to 1x10, or 10.
Pot and No-Limit poker
There is a minimum and a maximum Buy-in here.
The minimum Buy-in is approximately 20 times the Small Blind and the maximum is around 100 times the value of Big Blind.
For instance, in a 1/2 No-Limit or Pot Limit game, if the Small Blind is 1 and the Big Blind is 2:
- the minimum Buy-in = 1 x 20, which is 20
- the maximum Buy-in = 1 x 200, which is 200.
Table Stakes Protocols
Players CANNOT add chips during a hand.
Chips can only be added between hands, not during it. Some tournaments do offer
re-buys and add-ons, but these can be made only after a hand is complete and before the next hand begins. If a player is not involved in a hand, he/she can add or re-buy chips anytime.

Players CANNOT take out chips from the table.
It is only when players leave the game, can they take their chips out. No matter how many chips they bring to the table, this rule applies to everyone, under all circumstances.
NOTE: The table stakes protocols have been designed to protect our game. They have been created for your convenience. If we start allowing players to take away chips in the middle of a game, the number of chips available for play will reduce and so will your winning pot.
